What is the Rare Fame Happiness Guarantee?

At Rare Fame, we are committed to ensuring every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. Our products are 100% natural and result-oriented. However, we understand that skincare is personal, and if for some reason the product performance is unsatisfactory, customers can follow the steps below for a refund:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@therarefame.com to let us know that you’re unhappy with your purchase from our online store therarefame.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in detail so that we can improve your experience in the future.

 

  1. Return the Product: Send us back the remaining product in its original packaging and components and notify us with the tracking number. The cost of return shipping to our address is the responsibility of the customer.

 

  1. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned pack and the contents are approved, we will arrange a full refund in the form of Reward Points of the same amount that the customer has paid for the product, within 15 working days of receiving the item.

 

Conditions for Happiness Guarantee:

  • Valid for 30 days following receipt of goods by the customer.
  • Applicable only on first-time orders.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Cancellations are not allowed for orders placed through SBI Net banking due to an SBI guideline.

Shipping & Returns

Rare Fame is committed to delivering your order with high-quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays & public holidays. To ensure your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies.

Shipping & Handling Charges:

  • We charge a flat fee of INR 150 for all orders within India.
  • Shipping charges will be notified at the time of checkout, and customers will know about this before making payments.
  • Shipping charges and minimum order values may change during special offers.

 

Delivery Time:

  • Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days.
  • Most orders are delivered within 5 working days. However, delivery time may be longer for areas outside our coverage.
  • Delivery will be made to the address specified at the time of placing the order.

 

Damaged or Missing Products:

  • If you receive a product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.
  • Contact our customer care at +91-9958880313 or email us at support@therarefame.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure a new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.
  • A missing product in the order must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with a reference image attached. Reports made after this time cannot be addressed.

 

Exchanges:

  • Rare Fame aims to provide reliable products and exemplary customer service. We are happy to exchange a product in case of any quality issues.
  • Email us at support@therarefame.com within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
  • Rare Fame is not responsible for any damages caused after delivery.
  • We cannot accept exchanges of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Issues due to wrong usage and improper storage are not covered under this policy.
  • Shipping charges for the returned product will not be included in the refund amount as they are non-refundable expenses.
  • The refund/exchange request will be approved only after examination by the Rare Fame Quality Control team.
  • Once your request for exchange/refund is accepted, please allow up to three weeks to process the refund or exchange.
